• 15 years of Process Engineer experience in the field of FEED, Basic, Detail & revamp study in oil and gas (onshore and offshore), refineries and power industries.

Working as a Lead Process engineer and performed the followings
• Schedule preparation and ensure all the documents shall be delivered on time.
• Attain meetings with projects and inter-disciplines to resolve their process doubts/issues.
• Prepared and verified the simulations and heat and material balance (HMBs).
• Start preparing Flow assurance model in line with considered process battery limit and ensure all assumption is correct.
• Prepared various Cases along with the stream getter for easy comparison of all cases.
• Prepared and submit the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Prepared and review MPFM (multiphase flow meter) datasheet and reviewed all vendor offers.

• Separator datasheet sizing and review e.g. HPPT (High Pressure Production Trap), Desanding, first and second stage suction and discharge compressor KOD.
• Instrument, utility and nitrogen package review and design.
• Review TQ log and prepared risk and opportunity register.
• Review and verify Desanding package.

1. Salalah LPG plant (Plant performance and control check using full plant dynamic simulations) June 2018 to Oct 2018:
Worked as a lead to prepared simulation model, this model is prepared to check plat performance and its control. Performed the following activities.
• Prepared and completed Dynamic simulations within 3 months which includes:
o Feed pipeline.
o Feed section.
o Mole sieve bed and regeneration
o Turbine and re-compressor
o 4 columns (De-Methaniser, De-Ethaniser, De-Butaniser and De-Propaniser
o Braze aluminium exchanger
o BOG (Boil off gas) section for propane and butane
2. Gathering center GC-32 (Detail Design Project) Jan 2017 to May-2018:
Worked as a flare and simulation lead for and performed the following activities.
• Reviewed the steady state simulation for all Cases and its HMBs (Heat and Material Balance) along with stream getter.
• Prepared Process simulation report.
• Prepared and issue Hydrate study report.
• Safety and Blow down valve sizing.
• HP and LP flare header adequacy using Aspen flare analyser.
• Blowdown sequencing analysis based on fire zone and circle.
• Early HOLD removal activities.
3. UHPP Ultra high-pressure production 110MMscfd capacity BP (FEED): April 2016 to Dec 17
This is SVGS (Sullom Voe Gas terminal) alternate FEED project without Amine unit. As Amine unit is not present, compressor capacity is lowered.
• Prepared all cases simulations in HYSYS with stream getter.
• Mole sieve modelling in Promax to check vendor optimized value.
• Leading the Flare and blowdown studies from UK office.
• Prepare Project Basis of Design (PDB).
• Dynamic simulations of full plant for long recycle control configuration.
• Blowing down @ higher time considering higher survivability time hence optimized flare header and radiation zone.
4. Sullum Voe Gas terminal having 110MMscfd capacity BP (EPC): April 2015 to Mar 16
Liaising between Woking and Mumbai office. Working as a lead for simulation and flare.
• Prepared steady state simulation for all Cases and its HMBs (Heat and Material Balance) along with stream getter.
• System optimization studies for gas plant with Aspen Hysys simulation tools.
• Modelling of Amine system using Promax and estimate CO2 loading in contactor bottom.
• Comparison of H2S removal techniques from sour crude e.g. Amine unit, using chemical etc.
• Prepare Equipment Sizing Design Basis, provide inputs in Project Design Basis Memorandum (DBM)
• Dynamic simulations MDMT analysis during depressuring of compressor and vessel storage system in the plant
• Assisting/guiding Mumbai office (detail engineering) to meet the target on/before time meeting client expectations with proper communications.
• Executing the following activates other than assisting Mumbai office at Petrofac Woking office with valuable client input and assistance.
o Molecular weight sensitivity/variation study.
o Radiation and blowdown study and report.
o Blowdown calculation by limiting SVGS fence within radiation limits i.e. 1.6kW/m2.
