Responsible for Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle of machinery category for Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd. with an approximate annual spend of PKR 400 Million.
Working with Head of Supply Chain on supply chain projects to achieve long-term objectives such as shorter lead time, improved customer satisfaction and cost saving for the organization.

• Forecasting
Sales Forecast Analysis in order to efficiently bridge the gap between supply and demand.
Buying Plan
•Preparing a buying plan for the category based on forecasted demand, item performance and targets.
Day to Day Reporting
•Maintain a strong liaison with Sourcing Department to make sure production is available in the market at the right time.
•Using ORACLE Software for several data entry tasks.
I will complete this degree in September'15, hence results are expected.
