ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to plan, Monitor and control of servicing vehicles and provide customer care support.
Actively explain about our products and recent ongoing field campaigns with an aim of upgrading
Customer’s knowledge.
Listen carefully to Customer’s complaints / concerns and follow up the vehicle maintenance
works in a professional manner and periodically inform the Customer about their vehicle’s service
work progress.
Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer
Management Systems (DMS).
Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate
and obtain approval from customers.
Raise Warranty approvals in (ELSAPRO) & also raise warranty claims in (SAGA 2).
Effective utilization of available manpower and other resources.
Ensure that services of the vehicles are carried out as per the SOP (Skoda Operation Planning).
Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.
Ensure ONTIME delivery of the vehicle.

Hand over the Car to Customer with the bill and remarks on the job completed and works to be
carried out next.
Ensure provision of proper solutions to the Customer and attain their complete satisfaction.
Active participation in training and utilize the knowledge gained to develop my personal
knowledge and thereby contributing to the Company’s business.
Impart training to the team for zero errors.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to the Management.
Mini project on “DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF DOUBLE CHAIN DRIVE IN BICYCLE” during third
year in my Engineering graduation.
Main project on “DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF ALUMINIUM ALLOY REINFORCED WITH ZIRCONIUM
BORIDE” during the fourth (final) year of my Engineering graduation.
HANDS-ON PARTICIPATIONS :
Attended workshop on the “LATEST TRENDS IN CAD MODELING” at Sree Sowdambika
Engineering College, Aruppukkottai, India.
Undergone one week training on “CNC MILLING AND DRILLING” conducted by MTAB
