• Successfully completed in-house project for integrating two 11kV outgoing bays into existing SCS system, gateway configuration for control center connectivity in 66/11kV Qatar Real Estate substation based on SIEMENS Sicam PAS, WinCC and DIGSI applications.
• Responsible for routine /corrective maintenance substation control system deployed in more than 300 substations (of voltage level up to 400kV) and also to attend the faults and trouble shooting.
• Attending TOC and FAC Inspection for the commissioned Substation SCS/DCS System for Defect Clearance and Processing of Hard and soft copies of TOCs/FACs.
• Coordinating project works, checking and commenting design and As-Built drawings & project documentations, Review of Spare Parts, overseeing of project commissioning, testing and commissioning of In-House Projects along with the contractor's Team.
• Preparation of Telecontrol Annual Maintenance Plan, Daily Activity/Job Instruction for Senior Technician Telecontrol for Routine Maintenance and Fault Attendance in accordance with ISO Requirements.
• Assessing/Interviewing Contractor’s SCADA/SCS Engineers for Authorizing for Safety Document, Reviewing Method Statement for Works under Live SCADA/SCS Systems & Issuing LOA’s.
• Verification and Following up of Fault reports with Other Departments/Contractor’s prepared during Routine Maintenance and Fault Attendance in accordance with ISO Requirements.
• Responsible for Testing And Commissioning of Six Substation in New Doha International Airport Project .Works involves installation of SCS equipments, Database Configuration, Interlock Implementation and SAT, End 2 End Test with National Control Centre And Distribution Control Centre. The Whole Project was developed in Areva/ALSTOM‘s Substation Automation Solution PACiS.Protocols involved are IEC-61850, Modbus and IEC-103.
• Involved in the Configuration, Testing, Commissioning of GCCIA intergrid Connection Project Saudi Alfadhili(400kV), Qatar DHS(400kV) ((The Whole Project was developed in Areva/ALSTOM‘s Substation Automation Solution PACiS.Protocols involved are IEC-61850, IEC-101/104, Modbus and IEC-103.
• Commissioned Successfully Substation Automation System in Areva/ALSTOM Domain (Ph-8 L&T Package EDC2 66/11kV ) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ).Responsible for Installation of SCS equipments, Testing And Commissioning, Database configuration/ modification, SAT and End 2 End testing with National Control Centre And Distribution Control Centre.. The Whole Project was developed in Areva/ALSTOM‘s Substation Automation Solution PACiS. Protocols involved are IEC-61850, IEC-101/104, Modbus and IEC-103.
• Commissioned Successfully Substation Automation System in Areva Domain (Ph-8 Alstom Package Mushrib-2 66/11kV) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ).Responsible for Installation of SCS equipment, Testing And Commissioning, Database modification, NCC, DCC Databse configuration And Testing. The Whole Project was developed in Areva/ALSTOM‘s Substation Automation Solution PACiS. Protocols involved are IEC-61850, Modbus and IEC-103.
• Successfully Commissioned Substation Automation system in Siemens Domain in SICAM SAS based on Profibus protocol for ( ABU HAMOUR NORTH 220/66/11Kv) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ). The Whole project was developed in Siemens Platform (Simatic Wincc and M7 Controller SAS, DIGSI etc.)
• Successfully Commissioned Substation Automation system in Siemens Domain ie SICAM SAS for (Vegetable Market66/11Kv) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ). The Whole project was developed in Siemens Platform (Simatic Wincc and Sicam M7 Controller, DIGSI etc).
• Successfully Commissioned Substation Automation system SICAM PAS based on IEC 61850 protocol for (PSS2 66/11Kv Substation) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ). The Whole project was developed in Siemens Platform (Sicam PAS and Simatic Wincc/PASCC).
• Successfully Commissioned Substation Automation system SICAM PAS based on IEC 61850 protocol ( Umm Salal 132/66Kv ) for Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation. ). The Whole project was developed in Siemens Platform (Sicam PAS and (Sicam PAS and Simatic Wincc/PASCC).
• Involved in the SCS system configuration and Commissioning of JP Rewa Substation Automation and Load Shedding . FBL Program Implementation (Using ABB’s AC410 and HMI as Operate IT) .
• Involved in the development/ FAT of KPTCL Guttur Project (Protocol Conversion ie, Modbus to IEC-101 , using ABB’s AC410 and MicroScada)
• Involved in the HMI development For Tata Iron and Steel Corporation, Jamshedpur using 800xAService (PPA 3.1 with SP3) and AMPL Programming for Hydraulic Auxiliaries
