Preparation of tender documents including contract documents, bill of quantities, etc.
Preparation of subcontractor’s contract documents
Equipped with contract administration skills such as effectively involved in Preparation of variation claims, Prolongation (Time extension) claim and Final claim etc.
Variation orders, preparation of variation accounts and valuation of variation on MEP Changes
Evaluate and build up new unit rate for new work items
Preparation of Potential Change Notice to client
Preparation of interim and final application for payments based on progress at site.
Preparation of valuations for interim and final certificates for subcontractors based on substantiated documents submitted by subcontractors.
Preparation, evaluation, negotiation and reporting on claims
Manage team of Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyors
Carry out reconciliation of cost and value up to date to keep the management team to know the project performance
Provide commercial and contractual advice to the site team about all project issues and project strategy and provide input to discussion and reviews
Ensure that contract related information used by Project team is accurate and up-to-date
Conditions of contracts and agreements, Clause by clause examination of FIDIC conditions of contract.
Preparation and amending of subcontractor agreement based on applicable template.
Preparation and drafting letters (by reviewing the contract documents) to subcontractor on the additional claims
Manage the change Order Process from identification to resolution of change.
Establish and maintains records of all correspondence related to contract activity
Analyses the contract terms and identifies the areas of possible opportunities and risks associated to the application of contract clauses.
Attend the meeting/workshop meeting with client and consultant when necessary
Initiates and conducts meetings with Contractor/Subcontractor Concerning contractual Issues
Skill in interpretation of rules of measurement by studies of Principal of Measurements (International) POMI, SMM7 and Qatar SMM.

Site walk with Client and consultant QS in order to inspect the progress claimed on Payment application
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Quantity Take off and prapare the Measurement sheet for client according to the progress at site.
2. Preparation of interim and final application for payments
3. Preparation of valuations for interim and final certificates for subcontractors
4.Praparation of the Variation and Valuation
5.Internal cost reporting.
6.Attending for meeting with client and coordinate with client's QS
7. Monitoring the Day works at the site
8. Prapare the Material schedule based on lates drawings and project specification.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Quantity take off based on site progress
2. Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application
3. Preparaton of material take off schedule and order the material from supplier
4. Rates analysis for variation, extra and day works
5. preparation of Internal Budget
6. Coordinate with consultant.
