1) Working since Aug 2015 as shift supervisor in Rabigh refining & petrochemical company Saudi Arabia. Completed pre commissioning, commissioning & successful startup of PMMA (poly methyl methacrylate) polymer plant & cooling tower system. Major: Extruder (JSW) with Strand type pelletizer system, Monomer recovery section, DCS - YOKOGAWA Centum VP & OTS.
Pre-commissioning & commissioning of Polyolefin Spheripol Technologies LyondellBasell 400 KTA Polypropylene Plant for Homo polymer, Random & Heterophasic Co polymers, Bi-Model & mono model grades production facilities.
Plant operation through Emerson Delta V (Version- 11.3) DCS, ESD & PLC system.
Pyrophoric material (TEAL) Tri-ethyl aluminum handling
Production of Low MFR to high MFR many types of Homo & Random Grades.
Performed troubleshooting, startup & shutdown activities, and developed P&IDs (Field Change Order).
Coperion Extruder (ZSK380) operation with under water pelletizer for PP pellet with variety of additives.
Formulated daily production & monthly reports; defined budget.
Monitored & prepared modification, improvement schemes of approved Schematics
Engaged in production planning & data analysis as well as analyzed production variance.
Responsible for Utilities section: Hydrogen generation plant Operation, Compressors with bullets type storage at 200Bar. Steam let down & de-super heater, closed loop cooling water system, Seawater pond & pumping,
Propylene storage, Propane skid, Nitrogen skid, Sales Gas system for boilers.
Fire water storage & network. Demineralized water & polish water generation packages.
Flare system. Plant air & instrument air compressors.

Job Description:
o Worked as “Sr. Assistant Engineer (Operation)” Boardman at TDC 3000 DCS system YAMATAKE Honeywell.
o Participated in Commissioning, Pre- Commissioning & Cold start up Normal Start up of the Plant.
o Supervised field activities with contractor companies & agencies.
o To control Exothermic Reaction by very smart & programmed based sequences with split range controllers in reflux condenser to maintaining reaction profile in CSTR. Close mode PVC Technology.
o Monitoring the equipment, product quality, plant parameters, troubleshooting.
o Suggest plant improvements, Imparting training to subordinates.
o Implement Temporary bypass of control system, safety critical devices defeat system.
o Polymerization of VCM. High pressure & Low pressure VCM recovery system with Liquid Ring compressors.
o Packed column / Stripper for VCM recovery from the slurry. Handling & Preparations of various Raw Material & Sub-Raw materials, Organic Initiators like Peroxide. High-speed sediment type centrifuges, fluidized bed dryer, Cyclone separator & scrubber system. Operate Rotary compressors, Liquid Ring compressors, Screw type compressors, centrifugal blowers.
Work as Senior Plant/Panel Operator in ICI Pakistan Ltd at Distillation & Absorber column Unit. A Multinational Company, 700 TPD Production Capacity of Sodium carbonate & Bicarbonate. Took active Part in expansion project of Distillation & absorption Unit.
