• To Prepare of General Arrangement Drawings, Fabrication Detail Drawings, Shell development drawings, Platform & Pipe support clips drawings and Insulation support drawings for different types of ASME U-Stamp Pressure Vessels used in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industries in Autocad software as per “ASME Section VIII DIV.1” standards and client’s specifications based on PV ELITE Software Design Calculations.
• To Prepare Manhole, Name plates, Ladder & Platform detail with attach clips, Insulation & Fireproofing details, Demister supports, Base Plates Templates Pipe Support clips etc.
• To Prepare the Assembly and Detail Fabrication Drawings for Boilers as per “ASME Section VIII, DIV. 1”.
• To prepare manhole, name plates, ladder & platform detail with attach clips, Insulation & fireproofing details, demister supports, base plates templates pipe support clips & economizer, soot blowing system, smoke boxes etc.
• To Prepare the ducting layout drawings.
• To Prepare Layouts & Drawing with B.O.Qs For Proposals Department.
• To Prepare Data Sheets for Equipment.
• To Prepare the Assembly and Detail fabrication Drawings for Structure.
• To Prepare the Assembly and Detail Fabrication Drawings for Coded Tank As per “ API 650 10TH Edition”.
• To prepared the spooling of pipelines with SpoolGen according to client’s given spooling procedures and other specifications on IDF files which received from client.
• To prepared the “AS BUILT SKETCHES” from the site for structure and piping.
• To prepared revised spool drawings according to given material from client.
• Adjustment of spools in ISO drawings as per site instruction and given client materials.
• To prepared the MTO’s for structural and piping support drawings which received from client.
• To prepared the monitoring sheets for above mention drawings.
