Detailed cost estimates for the projects by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and

Cash Flows, Budget Planned vs actual reports, S curve.
Variations (Processing, Notification, estimation, negotiations).
Reviewing the BOQ and submitting it for the tender quantity so that contractor gives the
quotations to get the project.
Preparing the invoices of the different projects.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure of the project.
Prepare and maintain the documents like WPR, MPR.
Preparation of CPI, SPI.
Project Planning & scheduling & Baseline using Primavera.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for the projects by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Reviewing the BOQ and submitting it for the tender quantity so that contractor gives the quotations to get the project.
• Preparing the invoices of the different projects.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure of the project.
• Preparation of Monthly valuations for the projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the quality and functionality of the project.
• Prepare and administer contracts for projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. This includes reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements, preparing payment schedules, assessing variations, and resolving contractual disputes.
• Generate regular reports on project costs, financial progress, and forecasted expenditure.
• Prepare and provide accurate and timely cost information to project managers, clients to facilitate decision-making.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

drawings, specifications, and related documents.
 Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and control costs throughout
the project lifecycle.
 Preparation of Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports as per progress.
 Preparation of Monthly valuations as per progress.
 Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the quality and
functionality of the highway project.
 Prepare and administer contracts for highway projects, ensuring compliance with
contractual terms and conditions. This includes reviewing and negotiating contractual
agreements, preparing payment schedules, assessing variations, and resolving
contractual disputes.
 Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project and develop
strategies to mitigate them.
 Generate regular reports on project costs, financial progress, and forecasted expenditure.
 Prepare and provide accurate and timely cost information to project managers, clients to
facilitate decision-making.
 Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company
Quality System requirements.
