• Project planning, Scheduling, monitoring, Preparing master program, resource planning, EOT.
• Weekly updating the approved baseline program as per actuals on site Construction, engineering and Procurement activities.
• Visit sites to monitor progress & highlighting critical activities to the management
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports including S-curves, Two weeks look ahead & Three months look ahead activities for client and management reviews.
• Preparing & submitting weekly internal reports as procurement register updates & PCM reports to the project control manager and the management.
• Monitoring work productivity for PV, EV, SPI and CPI against established man hour & duration.
• Attending Client progress meeting & also conducting internal meetings with management & Engineers regarding construction issues for achieving the target.
• Preparing Cash Flow plan of the project.
• Claiming Extension of Time (EOT) for the project. EOT Package includes Time Impact Analysis, Delay Event Analysis, Primavera Schedule Analysis & Milestones Comparison, Narrative report and Supporting Document.
• Preparation/update of projects schedules, progress reports, check lists, work breakdown structures, flow charts and progress curves.
• Estimation of manpower requirements, histogram, s-curves
• Allocation of time frames for activities.
• Prepare the detailed schedule for the project, including time schedule, resources schedule, material purchasing schedule
• Analyze the projects status and set the corrective action needed.
• Prepare the organization chart & mobilization schedule for project.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports for the project percent, labor, cost vs. budget and subcontractors.
• Reporting actual versus planned and forecast its effect on project overall completion as well as cost versus budget.
• Roll up area wise plan on weekly basis and monthly basis to regenerate the forward planning In Primavera Project Planner.
• To monitor and analyze progress, efficiency, consumption of direct materials, direct consumables and equipment utilization in comparison with budget.
1. Preparation of weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
2. Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programmed managed across multiple suppliers.
3. Support and advice on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects
4. Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial manager and Project QS to maximize the potential of the project.
5. Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
6. Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the project’s contractual obligations.
7. Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices
8. Establishes the specific responsibilities of the Lead Engineers and supervise the activities of the project control team for technical quality and productivity. Develops, in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client, a suitable work breakdown structure for the project
