• Led and supervised site execution activities for Structure/Civil works, finishes of internal
& external works (Blockwork, Screed, Plaster, Paint, ceiling works, Tiling & Marble,
Combo roofing & Pod System) in high rise and villa projects.
• Reviewing and closing RFIs, MIRs, shop drawings, and inspection requests in coordination
with Architectural, Structural, ID, Façade and MEP teams.
• Supervised RCC works include footing, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls and core walls
ensuring proper formwork, shuttering and Doka systems set up, reinforcement placement,
pouring and curing.
• Monitored project progress, managed management reports and correspondence, coordinated with
project leads, reviewed contractor bills, processed payment certificates in compliance with
RERA requirements, and facilitated timely approvals, actions, and project controls activities.

• Managed day-to-day site execution, including layout, shuttering, concreting,
brickwork, and plastering.
• Took accurate measurements from site and prepared client RA bills as per BOQ
& work orders.
• Prepared work reconciliation statements, compared DSR items, and ensured cost
control on- site.
• Maintained Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), labor deployment logs, and
ensured safety compliance.

• Managed quality control processes for construction projects to ensure compliance with
industry standards.
• Conducted material testing and inspection of construction activities to maintain
quality standards.
