Quantifying the amount of materials needed for gypsum partitions and ceilings based on project plans and specifications

Preparation of bills of quantities and performed detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to assess the materials and resources required for the project.
Assisted in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
Preparation of the final account for the projects, detailing all the financial transactions, variations, and additional costs.
Preparation of Sub Contractor’s Payment certificates and monitoring of subcontractors' and suppliers’ agreements.
Preparation of rate breakdowns and Interim Payment applications.
Collaborated with project teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Contributed to the preparation of monthly progress reports.
Constantly participated in project meetings with various stakeholders and provided cost-related insights.
During my BSc Civil Engineering (Hons) program, I comprehensively understood key engineering principles and practices. I excelled in courses covering structural analysis and design, geotechnical engineering, transportation engineering, environmental engineering, and project management. Additionally, I honed my skills in utilizing industry-standard software for design and analysis. Through hands-on projects and internships, I acquired practical experience in executing construction projects and gained insights into sustainable engineering practices. My coursework also emphasized effective communication and teamwork, which I consistently applied in collaborative projects. I am well-prepared to tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
