* Handling of medicines.
▪ Dispenses medications by charge and order entries, verifying and inspecting the pharmaceuticals through the prescriptions that pharmacist prepared.
* Prepare medications for inpatients by following the MAR-SHEET ( MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION RECORD )
* Order stock, manage stock, unpack stock, receive orders and stock shelves
▪ Attending/dealing with health insurance patients, cash dealing.
* Assist the pharmacist and other staff in providing outstanding healthcare and advice
▪ Use problem-solving customer service and adopt priorities to overcome the issues that arise.
▪ Doing online entry/approval for AFYA, KPC, and GLOBEMED INSURANCE customers.
▪ Initiate pre-authorisation for insurance to get verified and processed correctly.
▪ Communicate with patients about their estimated out of pocket payments
▪ Follow-up with the doctor's office, authorization office with clinical notes to a provider for getting approval agreement
