Monitoring daily shift wise staf deployment.
●Managing absenteeism and shortages, prioritizing critical areas.
●Daily scheduling of work for all supervisors and ensuring that the given tasks are completed on time, as per client's requirements.
●Preparing duty rosters, finalizing monthly atendance, maintaining uniform and H/K material par stock, monitoring and ensuring all required records are updated daily.
●Communication - Daily reporting to Client representative regarding staf status, any escalation, staf issues, etc.in writing.
Address all staf, Client complaints and close it with practical long term solutions. If required, escalate to seniors immediately.
●Brief trained and groom supervisor. If found ineficient, then report to seniors.
●Introduce best practices / suggest required changes/report flaws to the site and our management.
●Ensure that the working standards are followed as per our company SOP's.
Client relations - Daily interaction with supervisors, Client Representative.
●Ensure compliance to Client requirements and company's policies.
●Adhere the SLA guidelines (specially the penalty clauses) and ensure zero penalties (guidelines will be shared with you separately).
●Comply with site security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Assign housekeeping tasks.
●Create stafing schedules.
●Provide orientation and training.
●Ofer high-quality customer service.
●Manage the inventory and order supplies.
●Issue supplies and equipment to staf.
Managing guests' experiences.
●Greeting and checking in guests as they arrive.
●Ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
●Arranging reservations.
●Handling complaints as they arise
