As the Project Manager of EMDAD Design & Project management consultants, assisting sister company Al-Fouzan Contracting Co. in all the technical & project management activities to ensure timely completion. Project on track & maintaining an SPI of 1.02 throughout & presently in the close out stage.

3. DAR AL HIJRA, Madina Haj City, Madina, KSA : 6+ Billion SAR
Consultant: DAR Al Handasa Client: PIF, KSA Duration: 3 Years
Package 1: SAR 3.2 billion infrastructure project for 110 hotels & office buildings, covering an area of 1.6 million sq.mts. Including asia's largest chiller plant with a capacity of 200, 000 tonnes.

Package 2: SAR 2.7 billion project consisting of 3 buildings (3B+G+20) 4-star hotels & 5 buildings (3B+G+10) office buildings.

(Project presently ON HOLD by the client due to feasibility issues)

1. Government complex, Muzdelfah, Makkah: 6+ billion SAR
Consultant:Etquan Consultants Client:MOF, KSA Duration: 3 years

As a Design Manager of Al Fouzan contracting co., shouldered complete design & technical management responsibility for the company's top priority Design & Build rush project.

First & second stage was a Government complex masterplan spread over 1.6 million square meter of land in Muzdelefah, Makkah, comprising complete infrastructure, 49 typical buildings G+1(6, 000 sqm each), 6 mosques, gasoline station, clinic, civil defense & 3 data center with several underground water tanks.
Total built-up of around 350, 000 sqm.

Third stage of the project was a central Control Center for the ministry of Interior, comprising of Main control building, offices & housing facilities for VIP & Staff, central dining/kitchen/laundry & gym building with central chiller yard & service areas.
Total built-up area of around 160, 000 sqm.

The whole project was succesfully handed over in 3 years & was well received by the Ministry of Finance

2. Al-Imam Ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, KSA - 1.49 billion SAR
Consultant:TYPSA Consultants Client:Ministry of Education
Duration: 3+ years

A. Teaching staff housing project: 21 buildings (B+G+7 floors each) - 320, 000 sqm.
B. Multi-storied car parking facility - 70, 000 sqm
C. Site development works - includes all underground utilities

As a Construction Project Manager of Al Fouzan Contracting co., succesfully managed the complete project lifecycle from receiving site to project close out, within the project duration. The project was well received by the client as well as the Consultant.

As a Project Architect & then promoted as a Senior Architect, have succesfully designed & supervised several institutional, Commercial & Industrial building. This would involve motivating the team members, organizing tasks, periodical visits to all the construction sites & liaising with th Client & the Contractor almost on a daily basis.
