Responsible for submitting all request of purchase using the government platform - Tejari for all
Medical assets/items.
 Communicate with the Purchasing team for any discrepancies on the received orders.
 Receive incoming deliveries of supplies, consumables or equipment and forward all goods in and out
of the Medical Store to the concerned Department or storage area.
 Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory
System.
 Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to ensure they are within the established minimum and
maximum stock level
 Coordinate with the Quality Team for non-compliance reporting.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
 Assisting head of operations in day to day activities.
 Oversee and monitor the work activities of Outsourcing Housekeeping Staff and ensure that the Center
and other facilities are kept clean and tidy within strict compliance and hygiene regulations.
 Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly impose by the Center.
 Take and address patients’ and department complaints regarding housekeeping services and facility
related services.
 Coordinate with Security to provide access for Vendors or scheduled Maintenance work in Center.
 Ensures proper waste management procedures and collections.
 Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to
demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
 Coordinates work activities among departments.
