Handling Ground Operations division consist of 250+staffs and 5 section. We are specialised in Grease Trap cleaning, Kitchen Duct Cleaning, AC duct, Waste Water Tank, Fresh Water Tank, Drain Line Jetting services.
Responsible for cost control and profitability of division.
working as a Operation Controller role in my company. supporting all aspect of operations. Such as Operational plans, Distribution of cleaning workers, Collection schedule, Site visiting, Checking and monitoring, workers control, hr support, data's distribution to MIS dept, administration works, creating new system for our operational activities by time to time.
co-ordination with managers for giving training to staffs, customer relationship works, works distribution to co workers, Reports preparation(Monthly, Weekly, Daily)maintenance and other clerical works.
All the marketing fuction, purchase and sales in trading division, labour and transport control, other admin duties. from November and till now working with the above company
Raw Material Procurement, Vendor Maintenence, Making new contracts, Bidding send and receive, Spot purchase, payment arrangments, Rates Negotiation, and other purchase activities.
Involving in Administration, Maintaing stocks, arranging transport for the customers, checking data entries and payroll for staff and labours, vehicle maintenance, camp arrangements for labours, and all other clerical and operation activities.
Participating blood donation campaign and help one emergency heart operation patient to donate my blood during my college days. Attending culturals and got second prize for Fashion show in my first year.
