- Manage relationship with the on-shore team to make sure the team is delivering on the expectations of the stakeholders.
- Identifying top talent within the team and providing training/learning opportunities for the high performers to grow them faster.
- Review analysts work to maintain the quality of the output delivered by the team without any major issues.
- Coach and develop analysts on forecast projects - technical know-how, soft skills and project management.
- Conduct regular check-ins with analysts to provide feedback on their progress and identify/work on areas of opportunity
- Proactively identify and execute training needs for analysts to address technical gaps as well as soft skills
- Utilize statistical models to accurately forecast sales volumes for new product launches
- Influence workload assignments for analysts to make sure that they get the kind of exposure they need to stretch and grow
- Delivering insightful and actionable reports and volumetric forecasting to clients on new product initiatives.
- Managing end to end projects; from preparing the proposal to designing the study and analyzing to presenting the results to clients with a focus on answering client questions.
- Developing and managing relationships with clients as day-to-day contact, working closely with them to shape their business questions around innovation.
- Training, guiding and monitoring team for successful completion of projects.
- Liaise and support the Global Business Partners team in delivering insightful and quality
outputs, enabling Global Reckitt Benckiser & Unilever Category teams to answer client
questions.
- Build and maintain relationships with the RB global and local country teams.
- Review data for errors & inconsistencies for all the reports and proactively communicating
potential risks to the data quality of the output.
- Respond to ad-hoc multi-country data requests from Unilever Brand Development and
Brand Building team.
- Creating and maintaining support documents and information of categories and database
content in a structured and simple format
- Achieving monthly sales revenue targets.
