• JOB Responsibilities:
Preparation of Project Estimates, BOQs & quotations for the Ongoing Project.
Ensuring that works are carried out according to the planned program & Approved method statements.
Ensuring that all the equipment’s & material required for executing the works are Available.
Ensuring that all preparations & application works are done according to contract specifications.
Managing Monitoring & interpreting the contract design documents.
To provide information & distribute responsibilities on the construction team.
To coordinate with safety for proper execution of works & resolve daily HSE issues as well.
To monitor the progress of work in relation with the work progress &report to PM & CM.
Reporting Daily progress to the project manager, making weekly reports to PM & CM about of work.
Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection request.
Planning the work & efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works. Including maintaining records of the project milestones.
Resolve any un expected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.
Checking Plans, Drawings & quantities for the accuracy of calculations.
Detailed supervision of all construction activities as per Approved Drawings and Technical Specifications.
Worked at construction of Residential Villas commercial shop.
Job Responsibilities involved were,
➢ Carryoutallplannedsiteinspectionsaspertheinterventionpoints marked
in the relevant request for inspection (RFI).
➢ Verify with testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific
RFI meets the projectrequirement.
➢ Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance
withcontractrequirements, goodconstructionpracticeandcompliance
with approved shop drawings and report to structural engineer and
construction manager.
➢ Makesurethatthecontractor’spersonnelareusingthelatesteditionof
the approved shop drawings, method statement (MS), quality control
procedure (QCP) as per the project matrix index.
➢ Makesurethatmaterialusedcomplywiththeapprovedmaterialrequest
(MAR).
➢ Report of any delay of progress regarding site activities.
➢ Checksiteandweatherconditionforsuitabilitypriorto
construction/concrete work.
➢ Write daily report, measure work done and supervise site test.
➢ preparation of Bill of Quantities and tender documents.
