Reporting to the CEO, acting as Program Manager leading Products and Projects teams enabling Branch Transformation and Digitization. Responsible for Process and Cost Optimization, Agile Project Management, Heading software development and innovation portfolio. leading 4 teams comprising 21 individuals including Project Managers, software engineers, software quality assurance, DevOps and a products team.
• Contributing upto $3 million to the annual sales revenue of company by concepting, architecture and led the design and development of the award-winning product iEngage, which secured the prestigious National 2023 PASHA ICT Fintech Award. Recognized as an industry leader in Branch Transformation and the Digitization of ATMs, CCDMs, and Recyclers, iEngage sets the standard with its capabilities in Contextual Marketing, Fluid UI & CX, Campaign Management, Payments, Cash and Cheque Deposits, and Recycling. This groundbreaking solution outperformed competitors, including NCR CX and
Vynamic Marketing Solutions, solidifying its position as the pinnacle of innovation in the region.
• Bolstering annual sales revenue by up to $1 million annually envisioning vulnerability for ATM jackpot attacks and ofline ATM security levering Intel AMT and custom BIOS implementation and through the development of Remote BIOS Management running in line with Vynamic security, Access protection, Intrusion Protection, and Hard Disk Encryption.
• Introduction of cash management and forecasting and fraud detection modules to assist prompt response and cost optimization for banks.
• Spearheaded upto 30 implementation projects annually with top Financial Institutions.
• Provided visionary leadership and technical expertise in spearheading the development of Artificial Intelligence-based surveillance systems tailored for Airport, Banking, and warehouse security. Orchestrated the entire project lifecycle, including technical consultation, business plan development, and implementation. Leveraged cutting-edge technologies such as Computer Vision, Python, Pytorch, Intel OpenVino, Nvidia CV-CUDA, OpenCV, Linux and Yolo v7 to deliver robust solutions that redefine security standards across diverse sectors.
• Directed development of mobile B2B E-commerce solution with React Native, Node JS, Mongo DB, Microsoft Windows Server, Laravel, Vue.js.
• Headed a team that boosted annual sales revenue by up to $2 million through the development of Innomate. This product strategically complemented ATM purchases for banks, ofering a cost-efective alternative to pricier solutions like Proview and NCR Aptra Vision and iSuite, thus expanding our market share and driving profitability with tools like SQL, C#, MVC, Apache Kafka, AWS and Azure.
• Increased team eficiency by upto 40% with the introduction of Agile Project Management and use of Scrum framework with tools like Jira, Clickup, CI/CD, DevOps, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, SDLC, waterfall model, Backlog Management, Risk Management, Conflict Resolution, Metrics and reporting and DevOps.
• Developed and implemented guidelines, rules, and polices to manage sprint goals, stafing plans, KPIs, and sprint progress, resulting in a 20% reduction of project blockers

Increased 20% ATM uptime delivering business critical reports for Habib Bank Limited related to Vynamic View DBMS using Jasper reports and Spring Boot Framework, Junit, Git, SQL, Subversion.
• Developed ATM Electronic Journal Reporting Software named as Centralized EJ reporting and deployed at multiple banks in Pakistan, using Java for backend service development.
• Optimized delivery of ATM fault reporting with development of an SMS Sending interface for multiple Banks in to send SMS messages to Bank branch officers if any machine gets faulty via a SOAP Web Services.
• Developed Client Server based application named as “ATM Automatic Installation” responsible to automatically install all ATM software including Probase, ProCash NDC/DDC, ProView Agent, Vynamic Security, all Imaging Solution and others on 1 click on ATM machines according to the package neglecting mistakes by ATM technicians.
Responsible for software development related to ATM and CCDM using SOAP, Rest services and software such as Procash Web Extension, Jasper reports, SQL DB, ORACLE DB and crystal reports with Java as the programming.
• Optimized delivery of ATM fault reporting with development of an SMS Sending interface for multiple Banks in to send SMS messages to Bank branch oficers if any machine gets faulty via a SOAP Web Services.
