This Farm includes a layer farms with 350000 layers in production and 350000 layers in growing stage with MOBA egg collection and packing and grading station and pasteurized shell egg production unit (PSE) from Korea which was the first unit in entire UAE and Gulf and Feed production unit. RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Import of day old chicks, feed ingredients, and medicines from local and international materials.
•Feed formulation on least cost basis for all types of layers for growing and production birds according to international chick supplier manuals and performances.
•To work with Ministry of Health and ISO-SYSTEM to fulfill their requirements for hygienic egg production free of all diseases.
•To look after proper housing, cleaning, fumigation programs following before receiving day old chicks.
•To look after and follow up of proper in-time vaccination programs and medication schedules.
•To arrange all packing materials and production planning according to schedule on five years plan basis.
•To carry out post mortem findings at farm pathology laboratory and treatment of flocks with vet doctors.
•Follows all guidelines set forth in internally developed company programs: Environmental control management system (EMS), Bio-security management system (BMS), Quality assurance management system (QMS), Trains and documents all employees training in these areas.
•Monitor environmental issues and reports to supervisor periodically or as is immediately.
•Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
•Work effectively with the procurement department to ensure adequate inventories of raw materials.
•Establish and maintains an effective inventory control program to achieve budgeted targets.
•Develops employees to ensure career progression and adequate back-up personnel for key positions.
•Responsible for the company security management ensuring the safety of the company's grounds, operations and staff.....
•Works with the transportation department to ensure on time receipt of ordered raw materials and delivery of feed to the farms and company customers.
•Participates as a contributing team member, in appropriate company wide-rage meetings and training.
•Assist with the marketing and helps coordinate and manage the company's website and overall online/internet strategy.
•Perform other duties as defined by CEO of the company.

REAPONSIBILITIES:
•Computerized feed formulations on least cost basis with day to day change in ingredients availability and process on seasonal variations in Pakistan.

•Vitamin-Minerals premixes formulations for all sectors of poultry.

•To coordinate the feed responses with the farm results that is study of weekly weight gains, FCR, mortality, egg production and hatchability according to standards.
