Coordination of all civil/structural engineering activities, ensuring that all engineering works are completed on schedule, on budget and in accordance with client & company established work procedures & quality. Supporting the design manager in controlling all aspects of design. Day to day management of the draughtsman ensuring that the work is of the highest quality.
Quantity surveying that involved preparation of Bills of Quantities involved in construction projects undertaken by the consultancy, analyzing project progress on timely basis then formulating reports as per the progress.
