Involved in developing sales & pricing strategies, liaising with customer network to answer and resolve their queries.
Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and governmental sectors.
Supporting clients with regards to technical issues of product.
Communicating customer needs with factory and solving them.
Supporting Application team for proper selection of product to meet customer requirement.
Supervising or assigning engineers/technicians for Testing Commissioning, Equipment assembly.
Coordinating with factory for after sales services for spare parts.
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
To ensure that activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Quality Plan, Contract Specifications and Drawings.
To co ordinate inspections. Monitor and record inspection made as per the inspection and test plan and encourage the attainment of quality requirements.
Interpret Codes, Standards and Specifications to clarify elements to ensure understanding and ensuring contract requirements are being met.
Complete relevant forms and prepare reports on inspections undertaken for inclusion and maintain inspection records. Prepare regular section inspection activity report.
