Identify training needs, develop training manual and conduct training programs for all staffs on QA/QC procedure and hygiene practices.

Analysis of raw materials and finished goods against company specifications.
Take specific corrective actions during break downs, delays or Quality problems.
Maintain all the records for addressing ISO/HACCP/GMP.
Overall Responsibility for food safety and Hygiene.
Control the production line by checking the Filling process, Capping, Labeling, Date printing and Packaging.
Supervise the production, based on production plan.
Checking physical and chemical parameters of raw and finished products based on company parameters. Maintain company with hygienically.
