  • August 2016 to December 2016

Tutoring students individually and in groups in courses of Chemistry, Physics, Calculus and Thermodynamics
* Teaching Assistant for Department of Mechanical Engineering at CU Boulder
o Helping students learning the concepts of Heat Transfer and related applications during lecture time

  • June 2016 to July 2016

Visited a lot of international organization and companies in Northern Europe; Belgium, Holland, Germany and Luxembourg
o Gained valuable knowledge and experience performing tasks in a multicultural work environment
o Learned thoroughly Hofsted Cultural Dimensions that significantly help in working efficiently with people from different cultures

Test Engineer/Project Manager at College
  • United States
  • August 2015 to May 2016

Designed a small hydraulic power unit that contains large components like pumps and motors, heat exchangers, cooling loops, reservoirs and
accumulators.
* As a test engineer for this project, all test plans, scripts and analysis reports are written to ensure successful delivery of the design were outlined
and documented for GE clients.
* Test plans were documented for large and complex systems in the device, like pump and accumulators manifolds, pump motor adapter sub-
system, reservoir, immersion heater and the effectiveness of heat exchanger.
* A step by step pre-operation checklist and start up procedures for the hydraulic system were also documented.
* Gained fundamental knowledge of hydraulic systems and some of power plant equipment, like actuators, different kind of valves, manifolds,
couplings, boilers, turbines, cooling loops, reservoir accessories, and junction boxes.
Major Research Accomplishments
* Development the overall efficiency of a power plant turbine by manipulating different factors while minimizing the associated risks to each
factor. Mechanical Engineering Research Department at CU Boulder Spring, 2016
* Development of Numerical Model that can predict shortest routes for a sales man to distribute all merchandises Fall 2015
* Development of a prototype of a small hydraulic power unit that was meant to provide pressurized fluid to actuate vales Fall 2015
* Development of a Super Smash Ball game utilizing Scratch Program Fall 2014

Manufacturing Processes and Systems Teaching Assistant
  • July 2016 to May 2016

Leaded all the lab sessions regarding manufacturing processes and systems
* Gained extraordinary knowledge about forging, manufacturing defects, processes, metallurgy, tolerances, hardenability, quenching and safety
considerations
* All lab participants were forced to practice safety rules considerations before the start of each lab to avoid hazards resulting from high
temperatures
Leadership, Activities and Achievements
* President of Flying Club at CU Boulder

Facilities Engineer at Orpic ( Oman Oil Refinery & Petroleum Industry Company) –Oman, Sohar
  • June 2015 to August 2015

Worked in maintenance department that dealt with rotatory and static equipment.
* Formulated solutions to resolve real-time fixed equipment failures and mitigate future risks.
* Gained fundamental knowledge in maintaining and repairing different kinds of heat exchangers.
* Learned the basic mechanisms and functionality of some field equipment; pumps, compressors, condensers, boilers, flares, heat exchangers,
columns, and vessels.
* Worked with operators and helped them in completing the insulation processes when particular equipment needs cleaning or maintenance.
