Prepares budgets and work scopes for contracted maintenance activities.

Identifies and pursues opportunities to optimize effectiveness.
Manages the accounts payable function of the parts and equipment procurement process.
Develops and administers management reporting systems.
Prepares and presents information concerning operational effectiveness and service levels to upper management, elected officials and the media.
Managing preventative maintenance or upgrade of equipment
Managing environmental performance (e.g. behavior change initiatives)
Managing soft services (mailroom, reception/switchboard, records and
cleaning, security services, waste management, car parking).
Periodic Statutory Testing and Inspections.
Business Continuity Planning (e.g. disaster recovery and emergency procedures).
Responding appropriately to tenant’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.
