Leading multi-functional teams of engineers/quantity surveyors in project operations; Meeting with Consultant/Client for material submittal & approval; Coordination with projects for quality assurance & quality control requirements; Follow up with subcontractors for timely delivery & installation of their works; Dealing with Consultant & taking the approval of works at different stages; Subcontractor finalization; Monthly bill certification of subcontractors; Coordination with project departments for valuation/variation/claim etc.; Negotiating with subcontractors so as to reach win-win situation; Study of labor productivity; Preparing monthly cost reports; Pre qualification of new subcontractors; Conduct review meeting, prepare minutes & forward for management presentation.
