-Conduct Audits TOYOTA WAYS OF SALE & MARKETING (TWSM), TOYOTA DEALER SUCCESS PROGREM(TDSP) and also CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX (SSI).
- I conduct and implement all rules and regulations, as per compliance TWSM audit requirements.
- Member of cross functional kaizaen Team.
- Assurance highest level of customer services, thereby creating customer loyalty and reliability for furure.
- Follow up with propective buyers and field visits to existing & new business clients.
- Maintain awareness of automotive industry by visiting World Wide Exhibition.
