•Specialize in Telecommunication cabling, Electrical trenches, storm water drainage system, Desalination plants, Fuel Tanks, Water treatment projects, Electrical Substations.
•Prepares the tender analysis sheet.
•Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
•Responsible for submitting the tender on time.
•Monitors and stores the costs to improve the accuracy of future pricing.
•Delegates the inquiries to other estimators.
•Arrange departmental meetings and presentations for Bid project developments.
•Coordination with other Engineering departments.
•Checks the estimates or worksheets made by other Estimation Engineers and coordinate to complete the project in time.

• Perusing best price from sub vendor for submitting final and best quotation to client with respect to their negotiation.

Individually responsible for the Quantities and Claims of the 225 Rooms Five Star Hotel, one of remarkable package of the prestigious, 1.2 Billion SAR Al-Faisaliah center Project.
• The duties mainly include the maintaining the record of the progress on site and include the same in the Monthly Interim Payment Certificate to present the claim every month and negotiate the IPC with the Consultant (Buro Happold)
•Beside the measured Work payment process the Variation and Additional works payment every month and keeps a record of the changes and applicable cost.
•Also responsible for the take-off the material quantities for procurement purpose and check the sub-contractor invoices and approves the same for payment.
•Maintain the procurement Tracking Chart (PTC) and coordinate with the procurement Department, central Stores and the Site Execution Personnel to avoid any delays and assure prompt delivery of the material as per schedule.
