• Overseeing Separ International’s operations and administration in Pakistan mainly but is not limited to
analysing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budgeting of services on project
basis.
• Liaison, reporting and coordination among stakeholders of the project, including international contractors,
U.S State Department, Embassies, United Nations and Govt. of Pakistan.
• Identifying the risks and implementation of tools / techniques to ensure client’s safety and well being.
• Controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, with the objective of keeping expenditures within the
approved budget.
• Managing and scheduling of organization’s transport fleet to help achieve the daily tasks and services of the
customer.
• Managing the organization’s expenses, accounts, costings, remittances, lodgings, health and medical
services.
• Overseeing Logistics Management of the company to connect all resources and integrate with various
departments to give a more visible and transparent view of operations in delivering the required services.
• Management of facility’s asset and infrastructure operations.
• Managing and leading the teams and ground operations in completing tasks and acquiring goals.
• Overseeing construction / renovation of multi-story buildings, branches and back offices in the region.
• Managing overall MEP scope in Pakistan’s North region including KPK province and overseeing MEP
operations of branches / sites and ATMs.
• Lead the consultants and architects in designing of branches and projects in coordination with stakeholders,
to meet the compliances and policies of organization.
• Overseeing the design, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) in a multistory building.
• Managing facilities’ assets including equipment and infrastructure operations, maintenance, repair and
replacements of the same.
• Designing of the load as per site requirement and arrangement of power infrastructure (Grid, Genset and
UPS) for the same.
• Technical evaluation and vetting of annually procured equipment and that of special equipment required in
projects.
• Facilitation and coordination among vendors and teams working on construction projects.
• Management of equipment inventory and procurement of the same, as per site requirement and timelines.
• To address the issues hindering the smooth and in time completion of the projects.
• Overseeing the quality control of facilities in whole region.
• Verification and processing of completions for various contractors and vendors working on project.
Bachelors in Electronics engineering from a reputed institute of Pakistan with distinguished academics (degree attached). Same is accredited with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Registration No. ELECTRO/26760.
