My responsiblities were to look behind all on going projects and make sure that everything is going according to plan. I have to make international procurements.
DAI is working on Afghanistan Small and Medium Enterprise Development funded by USAID. I am the provincial Coordinator for southern region to look for the implemented project. and care for activities going on.
We had 2 projects, No.1 Child rights and child protection awareness and No.2, Vocational and educational trainings for children. I had to implement the projects.
I had to control all the cash flows in the implementation of the projects in the province and had to keep all the records of staff works and pay them in timely manner. I also had to control the project implementation speed up to contract with the donor.
I had to solve problems of customers and report all daily and weekly work progress to country office. i also had to control the cash flows in the customer care center.
