Prepare debtors report on weekly basis & follow-up for payment.
Handling Petty cash & Making of monthly Files for Petty cash Expenses & Bank Transactions separately.
Maintenance of day to day books of accounts various customers as well as suppliers.
Reconciliation of Customer, Supplier Accounts
Monthly reconciliation of all payable & receivable accounts.
Periodical MIS reporting to management as per their requirements,
Summarizes current financial status, Trading Account, Profit& Loss Accounts, Accounts Payables & Receivables Analysis.
Preparing Invoice & Time sheet
Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
Report on payroll expenses
Entry Passing in Oracle software both Clients & Vendors Invoices as well
Making of monthly Files for Petty cash Expenses & Bank Transactions separately.
Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
