Working out various requirements and monitoring overall spinning production operations for during shifts ensuring timely completion, Handling turn key projects for spinning industries.
Monitoring the activity at sites and reviewing project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements etc. Mapping the customers’ complaints and following up with design, research and development, assembly, production planning, material planning, purchase, product development and sales departments to eradicate those complaints in the future supplies.
Identifying and measuring risk faced and calculating credit risk, making decision on the applications and preventing loss by evaluating credit risk.
Analyze credit data to determine the degree of risk involved in extending borrowing.
Recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings, data, and payment history and purchase activity.
The main responsibility is to act according to the market situation.
That’s why my role is to keep updated about the latest news so can take timely precautions to minimize the damage
Manage and develop the Cotton purchasing function for the spinning textile, managing a team of 4-6
person
Develop and update purchasing policy and planning.
Manage of purchasing information and systems, and review commodity strategy with the management team.
Negotiate with local and international suppliers, prepare price comparisons, Cost saving budgeting and targeting.
Effective and proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet purchase deadline, to bundling of demands for necessary.
Make or buy analysis of stands textile production and decision in cooperation with management.
Involving in production planning for textile.
Calculation of OPS, Conversion cost for spinning units.
Preparation of monthly and annually yield reports and other production reports of textile.
Administration and reporting as necessary.

I am an ACCA finalist, and in preparation of my last papers.
I had completed my professional ethics modules. Thesis which I write for submission for B.sc Hons bachelors degree under study of mentor which helps me to write thesis.
