•Review and help company comply with the MEP requirements of the project.
•Preparation and checking of shop drawings.
•Ensure Hvac and Plumbing design and shop drawings, materials and works as approved by client.
•Executing the work on site as per approved shop drawings.
•Preparing RFIT for completed work to get approval from consultant.
•Procurement of materials, preparing material delivery schedules and submitting to consultant on weekly basis.
•Design with support calculation of hvac works, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting works
•Ensure specifications and drawings are reviewed and clarifications on unclear issues are obtained.
•Ensure material and equipment are requisitioned on time in correct quantities.
•Reporting progress to the department manager / project managers.
•Ensure relevant non conformances if any are closed and taking timely preventive and corrective actions necessary liason with QA / QC and HSE department.
•Responsible for keeping As Built records and ensuring this is reflected on the drawings as work progress.
•Responsible for incoming quality of receive hvac materials and acceptance of same along with the designated storekeeper
•Ensuring variations are carefully noted and claimed for.
•Responsible for completing of relevant punch list items and project close out, handover documentation and finalization of all out standing issues at handover
•Other duties delegated by the department head.
