I have worked for a call centre in the heart of Sheffield city centre called Ant Marketing. Some of the key things I learnt there was definitely patience and time balancing meaning when to call back on the dot etc, another thing I have learn whilst working there is, how to resolve a situation, for example there was multiple times when I faced customers over the phone whom weren’t so nice or were rude. So, the steps I took to resolve these types of customers was making sure my tone of voice was perfect, and I tried to resolve the situation to the best of my ability. I also gained a lot of confidence when speaking to customers. Speaking to new customers is also greatly beneficial in terms of overall improvement as well, for example you could have one customer that has a certain problem and you need to solve that problem for them and then another customer with a totally different problem it’s extremely beneficial because you’re literally learning on the job without needing help from others. It also good to research about the product or whatever it is the customer is enquiring about to then ensure you have all the answers.

I am looking for a job that is full of opportunity, what I mean by that is I would love to be a part of a working environment where it is filled with nothing but progression and elevation, I do not see myself staying in the same current position/role for a long time I would be willing to do whatever it takes to strive for greatness and get to the top of my next employees company. Preferably a managers position where I am able to train and then lead a team of my own hopefully. I do not settle for mediocrity my standards are extremely high and hopefully compatible with yourselves. I am a young man that has a ton of life/work goals that I need to achieve before my time on this earth is indeed up.

I am willing to move to anywhere in Sheffield/ worldwide I am also current unemployed and looking for full time work immediate start would be preferable
