• I am pleased to report a significant achievement in the operation of AL Kharj Road Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III. As the HSE Manager of the plant, I take great pride in the successful operation of the plant, which is currently treating 200, 000m3 of sewage per day without the need for an odor installation. This accomplishment was made possible through the diligent adherence to approved safety mitigation plan requirements. One of the key challenges faced at the plant was the high concentration of H2S (hydrogen sulfide) in the environment, which posed a potential health and safety risk to the workforce. However, through the implementation of robust safety measures and meticulous planning, we were able to achieve a remarkable zero accident rate. The success of this achievement can be attributed to several factors. Firstly, a comprehensive safety mitigation plan was developed and strictly adhered to throughout the plant's operations. This plan included measures such as proper ventilation, continuous monitoring of H2S levels, and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all personnel. Additionally, regular training sessions and toolbox talks were conducted to raise awareness among the workforce about the potential hazards associated with H2S exposure and the importance of adhering to safety protocols. This proactive approach ensured that all employees were well-informed and equipped to mitigate risks effectively. Their collective efforts have enabled us to achieve this notable milestone in the operation of AL Kharj Road Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III.
• Developed health & safety culture through several initiatives in projects & organization.

• Completed construction of Digester tanks & building with heights around 30 mtr in length and radius with 22 without Injuries
• Takes part by leading critical lifting of Post tension beams, Cover slabs and Screw pumps installation in ALKHARJ STP III project
• Performs internal audit of different projects belongs to Thabat as continual Improvement and findings were recorded, documented and addressed to concerns

Currently, I am serving as the HSE Manager at Al-Thabat Construction Co. in Riyadh, KSA, overseeing a wide range of construction projects, including general construction, infrastructure, sewage treatment plants, tunnelling, high-rise towers, and airport construction. My role involves developing and implementing comprehensive EHS programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, conducting risk assessments, and delivering training to promote a culture of safety.
