• Gather and document functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile releases.
• Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives.
• Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints.

• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Engineers & Product Managers to define user requirements.
• Advanced Visual Design (mock-ups), Usability Tests, User Journey Analysis, User Research, Concept Design & Prototyping.
• Analyse the structure of a business; how it uses technology and what its goals are & identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques.
• Communicate with senior people in organization to find out what they hope to achieve & formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
• Design user flows and wireframes.
• Conduct user research & create user personas.
• Determine the information architecture of a digital product.
• Test software applications & patches.

• Coding and debugging software applications.
