- Plan, manage and oversee the entire IT operation across all the offices for a group of Auto Dealerships

-Maintained and administered computer systems and the workstations under Windows Server 2003 Active Directory to over than 50 users by providing technical support, troubleshooting the existing networks to resolve the problem and make sure that accounting, loan management, MS Office 2003 and service applications are functioning properly.
-Monitored existing physical server (main) and five virtual servers (VMWare based) in the existing system and ensured proper functionality to the computer system.
-Conducted computer maintenance operations such as event monitoring, disk partitioning and backup operations of the existing data and applications.
-Supported 20 staff by promptly responding and solving problems in a timely manner to ensure functionality of computers and network equipment.
-Communicated effectively on computer technical problems in the UNESCO financial system (SAP based), CITRIX, SharePoint, Intranet applications.
-Assisted in solving common technical problems in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and account management to SharePoint and CITRIX under operating systems such as Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 7 Professional.
-Provided troubleshooting services to (LAN) and wireless network (WIFI), secure connection via CISCO and Juniper firewall equipment under Windows Server 2003
-Controlled office inventories, upgraded and implemented IT infrastructure solutions.
