• Provide end-user inputs to support rotating equipment activities including engineering reviews, mechanical discipline related technical specifications, design drawings, layout plans, data sheets, project procedures, execution methodologies, and implementation schedule, SMP and vendor technical information.
• Monitors installation, commissioning and startup of the plant specific rotating equipment and machinery. Reporting the test results and findings through the applicable systems.
• Trained and carry out reliability studies (RCA and RCM methodology) and analyze complex on recurring problems relating to rotating equipment recommending appropriate solutions.
• Monitor reliability and quality assurance on rotating equipment carried out in field inspection and shop testing, repair and overhauling, troubleshooting.
• Carry out reliability asset improvement, maintains and updates equipment drawings, code and standards, standard maintenance procedures, OEM/vendor specifications.
• Witness critical rotating machinery repair and overhauling activities, providing direct guidance and countermeasure on findings.
• Support and participates in the inspection of all plant rotary equipment and auxiliaries, including turbines and compressors, pumps, fans and blowers, gear boxes and electric motors.
• Conducts vibration data and vibration analysis and recommend corrective action related to all plant mechanical equipment.
• Carried out procedures for maintenance of machinery according to Vendors specifications in coordination with planning section.
• Installation and Alignment of Static Equipment’s Like Heat Exchangers.
• Handle the tasks of reviewing and verifying reports on equipment maintenance and repairing.
• Condition Monitoring of Mechanical Equipment’s Like Heat Exchanger, Pumps & Turbine.

* • Assigned the tasks of preparing budgets for rotating equipment purchase to meet the assigned project requirements
• Handled responsibilities of assisting senior rotating engineer in providing guidelines on the use of rotating equipment to construction workers
• Performed the tasks of preparing proposal as well as provided support in the construction phases
• Handled responsibilities like minor installation and repairing of rotating equipment
• Performed the tasks of all maintaining equipment records and prepared lists of equipment that are out of use.
• Assigned responsibilities of ensuring that the maintenance of rotating equipment meets the set organizational standard and policies.
• Carried out procedures for maintenance of machinery according to Vendors specifications in coordination with planning section.

* Strong Knowledge in Execution of Alfa Check for commissioning the Plate Heat
Exchanger and generating the reports which include the Performance Graph, heat Load
and Temperature Graph.
