-Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Review all new contracts for revenue recognition methodology Customer accounts reconciliation.
2- Ensure accurate payments allocation Credit notes management Sub ledger reconciliation.
3- Evaluate period end deferred balances.
4- Follow up with sales on outstanding items.
5- Build internal policy for operations, sales and contract negotiations to minimize negative impact on revenue
recognition.
6- Develop and maintain internal systems to manage contracts with respect to revenue.
7- Prepare the aging reports of all customers
8- Review and make recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs.
9- Reconciliation of cash books.
10- Actively participating and driving system implementation and process improvement.
11- Assisting in the annual audit and working with auditors on all issues for revenue recognition.
12- Ensure compliance to Group accounting policies in transaction processing.
13- Ensure proper GL close to agreed timelines and completion of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
14- Ensure valid, accurate and timely recording of all sales invoices including management of invoice preparation.
15- Oversee transaction posting in the area of AR and resolve any issues.

1. Banks Accounts reconciliation.
2. Bank transfers to company suppliers.
3. Follow up of projects and contracts.
4. Compiling freight companies accounts with the company.
5. In charge of company staff loans.
6. In charge of petty cash company account.
7. In charge of opening of new projects and closing finished projects.
8. In charge of company owners personal accounts.
