Overseeing the finance department and performing accounting and finance functions (Sales trends, expenses and revenues analyzing for budgeting and forecasting, auditing and cooperating with external and external auditors, ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close, making sure all reporting deadlines are met. Managing fixed asset records, ensuring all capital purchases and retired assets are accurately recorded. •Receiving new insurance applications and amendments of applications from
Agencies and doing all required procedures till the issuing of policies.
•Dealing with policies requirements needed before and after issuing the policies and arrange with accounting department about related payments.
Receiving invoices, arranging for payments after checking the invoice and
making sure of receiving related materials.
•Checking the inventory fiscally and makeing the related accounting treatments.
● Arranging payables and receivables. Coordinating monthly payroll functions
for employees.
•Registering the daily entries, posting the entries to the general ledger and to the trial balance. Making the adjusting entries to the accounts. Preparing the adjusted trial balance, statement of cash flow, statement of retained earnings, income statement and the balance sheet. Analyzing financial information and giving the feedback to the management. Preparing and reviewing the annual budget.
● Doing necessary arrangements for the company’s bank accounts on a monthly basis.
