Internally:-
- Responsible to provide technical pre-sales support required for field sales personnel and channel partners to attain or exceed sales revenue objectives by clarifying AIT’s product capabilities and applications through product and corporate positioning.
- To work closely with vendor Product Management teams to ensure that the product direction meets the needs of the customers/prospect
- Responsible to provide technical assistance to the sales team during the sales cycle.
Externally:-
- Responsible for designing, doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc
- To perform demonstrations and Proof-of-concept on AIT’s full product line customized to specific customer requirements to facilitate its sale.
- To demonstrate an in depth understanding of AIT products to articulate product features, business benefits and competitive advantages to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for on-site technical troubleshooting of product problems, coordinating appropriate corporate resources as needed for resolution, providing communications to sales personnel, channel partners and corporate support personnel, and escalating concerns when appropriate.
Internally:-

- To work closely with vendor Product Management teams to ensure that the product direction meets the needs of the customers/prospect
Externally:-
- To performs installation, configuration, and demonstration of RAS Infotech’s full product line customized to specific customer requirements to facilitate its sale. This includes the building and delivery of demonstration and proof of concepts specific to RAS product’s technology and products.
- To demonstrate an in depth understanding of RAS products to articulate product features, business benefits and competitive advantages.
- To provide technical account management to existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying incremental revenue opportunities.
- Responsible for on-site technical troubleshooting of product problems, coordinating appropriate corporate resources as needed for resolution, providing communications to sales personnel, channel partners and corporate support personnel, and escalating concerns when appropriate.
Managing and maintaining Server.
Giving support to internal employee’s desktops,
Installing Software, maintenance of user’s computers,
Handling network Issues.
Creating organizational units and applying group policies.
Maintenance of user’s computers, installing software,
Monitoring network devices and handling network issues.
Backup and Recovery of Active Directory Services.
Files download and upload. Files Distribution.
Daily Backups.

·Configuration of different companies Routers.
·Backup and restoring of Flash, NV-ram, Ram.
·Using ACL to block access of a system or network to communicate with other networks.
