Division which includes understanding the requisition needs, sourcing, screening.
• Handling various levels of Infrastructure requirements and skills.

• Travelling to business location, understanding the skills & hiring manager’s expectations.

Vendor Management:
• Interacting with Vendors on daily basis for sharing requirement.

Taking the First round of the Interview for Staff nurses and Technicians.
Taking care of the joining formalities and dealing with various forms of PF, ESI etc.
Collecting the documents and Verification.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
Employee master update in excel.
