My duties and responsibilities can be listed as
Design calculations Such as Pipe Sizing, Pipe Wall thickness, pipe rack width & Pressure Drop in the piping system.
AHU selection as per requirements.
Designing of HVAC AHU Layout and Piping of AHU and other HVAC equipments.
Assisting in the Preparation of Piping Material specification.
Preparation/ Checking of As-Built, Weld-Map -Isometrics, With BOM Calculations.
Preparing the Line list, Valve list and instrument list.
3D modelling of Pipe racks, Equipment and pipe Routing.
Extraction and Checking of GA, BOM and Bulk MTO.
Technical Assistance in the Erection process to ensure that the fabrication and erection meets the designed features and demands.
Marking up of Equipment position in the site.
Modification of Isometrics as per site conditions and as per the client demands.
Coordination with Technical Head and Team Members to
ensure the quality of work at Different levels of project.
Co-ordination with Client and internal disciplines for approval of Drawings & Isometric release to site work.
Projects:
I. Designing of Plant Utility Piping System of Pharmaceutical Plant, Adiyaman, Turkey.
Client : BIOTREE, Bangalore. Duration: 10 Months

This Project comprises of the Services: CO2, N2, CA, Pressure Steam, Condensate, CHW, HW, CW, SW and HVAC piping.
The scope of works include:
Basic Engineering via Pipe sizing, Material Selection, PMS Preparation etc.
Calculation of Pressure Drop in each system and pump selection
Complete modelling of the Plant in perspective of Utilities and HVAC Services.
Preparation of Documents like P &ID, GA drawing, Isometrics, line list and MTO.
II.Third Line Expansion of Mother Dairy Fruits and Vegetables.
Client : Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetables Processing Plant, Bangalore, India.
Duration: 7 Months.
MDFV is a food processing plant that able to produce the pulp of different fruits and vegetables via mango, papaya, tomato etc. at different shifts by the use of Flow Plates. The scope of the project were the Designing and technical assistance in Erection of Equipment and piping.
III. As built-Isometric Preparation-SPC, KSA.
Client : Kyoto Automation, Bangalore. Duration: 3 Months.
IV. Designing of 'Fuel Injection Test Skid'.
Client : IISC, Bangalore, Mechanical Engg Dept.
Scope of this project is to design a High pressure Piping Skid for the 'Aeronautical Fuel Injection Testing Arrangement', with Pumps and instruments.
I have completed my Degree with 7.5 CGPA /10 in 2013 from Calicut University.
