• Working on various projects across a wide spectrum of project types
• Back up to Project Administrator and Document Controller / Project Technicicans
• Communicating with Architects to clarify project estimating questions in all areas.
• Reviewing project specifications and contact necessary individuals to resolve questions and irregularities within the project specifications, and working closely with the Comercial Manager / Lead Estimator
• Subcontractor procurement & appointment.
• Organizing subcontract packages
• Producing procurement schedules for client & design team review
• Send out the request for quotations to suppliers and sub contractors
• Chasing the sub contractors for request the quote
• Liaising with Commercial / Procurement / Projects / Design Department.
• Assist the management in bidding on or determining price of product or service.
• Break down all expenses related to a project including materials, labor, and other resources.
• Plan project budgets.
• Track projects throughout its course to recommend budget adjustments.
