Job responsibilities:
•Data collection, Data verification of all projects and program through Microsoft excel and access.
•Monitoring visits of schools and project locations to check the transparency level of data and its verification.
•Developing and implementing databases, data collection system, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality of DIL`s work.
•Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattern in complex data sets to guide organizational interventions.
•Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to ensure better handling, operationalization and archival of organizational data
•Bi annual and annual analysis of whole DIL Primary, elementary & Secondary level Exam Data and presentation to senior management over results trends and possible ways to breach the gaps.
•Participation in program designs, LFA discussions and preparation of M&E and implementation plans.
•Participation in program, Training and IT department related evaluation studies discussion to provide statistical inputs in developing systemic and realistic monitoring tools for qualitative and quantitative data acquisition.
•Preparing monitoring reports and assistance in quarterly and annual report writing for DME department.
•Planning and budgeting of the department activities as well as monitor the progress over AOP activities
•Capacity building of field based staff over data collection and analysis and M&E tools.
•Training of DIL office based staff over analysis and development of databases.
•Manage a team of interns for data entry and processing into EMIS system
