Job Description:
•Handling the shipments \[Inbound, Outbound, Transfer\]
•Tracking the movements of 3PL
•Preparing the DN as per Delivery Order.
•Making the GRN as per Receiving Order.
•Preparing the Invoice, packing List and Delivery Advice
•Handling the accurate stock records.
•Arranging the transportation
•Accurately instrut messengers on all attestation, legalizations, DO / B/L
Collection and other certifications to be carried out to enable timely clearances.
•Ensure that all inspections and bill of entries for all import / expot shipments are
Processed appropriately . Check all files for proper documentation before handing
Over for clearance processing.
•Monitor and supervise the customs / documentation operations of the team to
enable effective planning of their work / time thereby achieving optimum utilization
of manpower.
•Responsible for driver selection and orientation.
•Co-ordinate customer delivery site analysis for safe and efficient deliveries
•Supervise dispatcher and ensure all delivery / pick up routes and duties are carried out safely and efficiently
•Entering daily trips of drivers to ensure trip allowance
