including Front-end document, Preparation of Pre-tender cost estimate and Priced Bill of Quantities.
• Checking the contractors' tender queries, prepare the response of tender query sheet, coordination with design department, project manager and prepare the tender circulars during tender stage.
• Examine and analyze the contractors' technical and financial submissions, prepare the post tender
clarification and prepare the technical and financial evaluation reports to assist in the selection of contractors'.

engineers regarding the value of work done, negotiation with contractors' quantity surveyor / engineer on any discrepancy in value of work done, review the material on site submit by contractor and prepare the
consultant recommendation for monthly interim payment.
• Evaluation of variation submitted by contractors' and negotiation with contractors' quantity surveyor on any discrepancy in quantities, items, rates and checking price escalation submitted by contractors'.

• Review, negotiate & settle subcontractors' contractual claims, prepare subcontract variation orders,
subcontractors' payment certificates and review subcontractors' schedules.
• Preparing monthly progress report, ensure monthly valuations & variations are submitted for payment.
• Prepare the invitation letter for sub-contractors' and suppliers' to request for quotations, commercial & technical review of tender documents (Drawings, Specifications and BOQ)
• Carry out any task that is required by Management.
