• Establishing short term / long term budgets & corporate strategies for achievement of business targets, in line with the approved business objective.
• Overseeing the sales operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth; identifying streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans for supply of lighting products including Street & Tunnel lighting & Tunnel Lighting Controls.
• Engage in generating enquiries, securing orders by entering negotiations with clients and closing deals by liaising with clients/ consultants & Contractors and ensure timely follow up of payments.
• Conceptualizing and spearheading market research to understand economic growth factors and identifying potential business opportunities in-line with prevalent market trends in the sector.
• Participate in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts, in order to supervise all marketing activities. Major accounts included
o Parsons, WS Atkins, RTA, Sharjah Museum Department, Sharjah Art Foundation & Dubai Museum
• Prepare strategic plans & objectives- study opportunities, allocate resources, review progress, measure results, & make mid-course corrections.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and formulate counter strategies to defend & increase the market share. Design & implement sales strategies to develop existing & new markets/ business opportunities on a sustainable basis.
• Deliver expertise in managing marketing operations by analysing market response/ requirements and strategizing business plans accordingly for accomplishment of goals.
• Managing and leading teams for running successful marketing and sales operations by developing long range and annual plans.

Key responsibilities:
- As part of Urban Solutions team, involved in the supply and lighting design of various infrastructure jobs with regards to the Street & Tunnel lighting.
- Liaising with Government bodies to provide them with a complete solution from designing the lighting plan to the supply of the materials.
- Key Account Management: Develop relations with clients and built a network of trust in order to ensure them, that we are their one stop solution.
Key Projects Executed:
1. Al Wahda Road Improvements:
- Successfully executed and supplied Light fittings for the largest infrastructure job in Sharjah for Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA), from Street Light Fixtures on the Double Decker Road to the tunnel light fixtures at Abu Shagara & Cultural Square underpass.
2. Al Hamidiya Interchange:
- Successfully executed the lighting design and supplied Light fittings, Underbridge light fixtures & Poles for Ajman Municipality.
Currently familiarizing with the Refining process and the implementation of Distributed Control System (SIMATIC PCS 7) & PLC used in the same.
-Conducted a performance trial and commissioning on Möllers Rotopacker, an automatic bagging machine made by Greif-Velox and Möllers.
-Exposed to Process Instrumentation products such as Valves, Fittings, Gauges, and Actuators etc from companies such as keystone, Bailey Sereg Valves etc
