-Handling P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process starting from need identification with the help of cross-functional stakeholders to invoice approval and vendor payments.
-Planning, Organizing and controlling in bound Supply chain activities for multiple projects including Procurement, Warehousing, supplier payments and material delivery etc.
-Point of contact for Suppliers, OEMs, Brokers and Customs, for procurement, Invoicing, Shipment related issues and other business related disputes.
-Following up with broker to get the shipments cleared from customs. Arranging necessary documents for customs clearance (A/L, CITC req, AWB, COO, SASO, INV and SABER Certificates etc.)
-Cross verification of supplier invoices and processing their payments worth > 10 Million $ Annually.
-Closely monitoring Shipment status, requesting escalation from vendors & freight forwarders. Proactively handling and solving shipment related discrepancies such as short landings, damaged items, missing shipping documents, wrong items etc.
-Keeping operations & project teams updated with material delivery plans and collaborating with other departments such as finance, marketing and R&D to develop strategies for smooth business operations.
-Making reports for higher management such as procurement threshold, payment forecasts, inventory aging, cost on hold & accounts Payables etc.
-Developing & implementing departmental KPIs. Aliening Procurement strategies with organizational goals to increase profitability.
-Responsible of calculating accurate Landing cost for different items in a project to achieve market competitiveness.
-Closely working with Pre-sales engineers for solution designing & Bids submissions.
-Working with project manager to execute the projects, supporting them in daily operations.
-Raising delivery notes and invoices.
Provided administrative and clerical support including
facilitating interdepartmental communication, managing schedule, and maintaining filing system.
-Creating monthly sales reports for higher management.
-Handled, prioritized, and problem-solved multiple tasks connected to multiple projects at one time.
Have completed bachelors of business administration with majors in marketing and management.
