Monitor the test and arrangement of the test as per the specification.
•To conduct inspection, arrange sampling, monitor the require test and record the inspection and test as per the requirements.
•Ensure the engineer's approval and /or the required factory or supplier compliance certificatehas been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site..
•Identifies all good and non-confirming material by propertagging/labeling.
•Inform to QA/QC Engineer/Manager to Raise non-Conformance report(NCR) and field observation notice (FON), once the activity deviated from the contract specification or normal practice and follow up of the same.
•To inform the plant authority personnel, ensuring the equipment are calibrated and check forthe accuracy as per Calibration schedule.
•Coordinate with the site management to see the QA/QC programme is implemented as perthe project specification and in house management system.
•Strict implement of 9001-2008 quality standers and all the other applicable standers / related procedures.
•Liaison with the consultant and purposing improvement measures. Designation: Civil Engineer (Alan Dick Pakistan) Duration: Dec 2008 to Dec 2013 Duties &Responsibilities
•Key Member of Civil Work Team in North Region, Turnkey Project of over 100 (telenor Phase6) sites.
•To cater, monitor, discuss and implement all Design activities of the project, as built and construction Drawings, the approved specifications, their implementation and proper execution. To process and review them for built out to be instigated properly and implemented accordingly.
•To monitor all major civil activities, the site concretes of Raft, Column or Piles.
•Monitoring Execution of TSS, and Technical Recommendations for Site Build Out. .
•Assuring the implementation of telenor Quality Standards on Sites.
•Check and verify site documents such as Site Hand over (SHO), Site Acceptance Form (SAF), and Transmission report (TxD) - Line of sight (LOS), Site search report (SSR), and keep a track record for site monitoring status.
•Ensure that work orders have been issued to sub-contractors prior start up construction activities. Coordinate with DD Manager for the subcontractor's preparation of Preliminary Civil design (PCD) and / or Final Detailed Engineering Design (FDED). Follow up the tower and obstruction lights order.
•Follow up sub-contractors order of shelters. Coordinate with the Shelter Installation Managerfor the schedule date of shelter delivery to yard.
•Prepare and send notification for civil works completion of a site to the Customer. Follow upthe sub-contractor's performance in relation to the approved time schedule...
Construction of 25 houses in phase II Rawalpindi.
•Construction of 20 houses in phaseVI Rawalpindi. Duties & Responsibilities: Worked for Bahria Town Islamabad in meadows project. Monitor the progress and quality of works at site, prepare weekly, monthly and project progress reports, material inspection and prepare lab test reports, approve interim payment certificate for Contractors, attend progress meetings, coordination with Contractors for smooth progress of works and other site related works.
Designation: Office Engineer/ Sub Engineer Duration: Jan 2002 to October 2005.
•Construction of 20 houses in Qasim market Rawalpindi.
•Construction of Genral Iqbal houses in Morgah Rawalpindi.
•Construction of Genral Ihsan houses in Chaklala schem.1 Rawalpindi.
